Kevin W. Smith
Director of Operations

Kevin joined the HCAOA staff in July 2007. Initially serving as Director of Chapter Services, Kevin now serves as Director of Operations.  Previously, Kevin served as a Regional Director for Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity where he worked with chapters, members and volunteers in the Midwest region. Kevin graduated from Franklin College 2003 with a degree in advertising and public relations.

 

Marla Hatchel
Manager of Membership & Administrative Services

As Manager of Membership & Administrative Services, Marla offers support to the HCAOA Staff, Board of Directors and Members.  Marla also oversees the dues billing process, social media program and database management. Prior to joining the HCAOA, Marla served as Executive Assistant to the President of Indianapolis Downtown, Inc. and Programs Coordinator at The Leadership Institute - Women with Purpose. On her days off, Marla enjoys being involved within the community and spending time with friends and family...especially her two young grandchildren.

 

Andrea Liford-Martinez
Programs & Meetings Coordinator

Joining the HCAOA in June of 2012, Andrea serves as the Programs and Events Coordinator managing logistics for all programs and events. Andrea graduated in 2006 from Ball State University with a degree in organizational communications. During her career as an event planner, Andrea has had the privilege of serving a variety of non profit organizations while working for SmithBucklin Corporation in Chicago, IL. In addition, she has also had the opportunity to serve organizations such as Eli Lilly and the NCAA. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, baking and spending time with her family.
